GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation is free of charge up until midnight on the day before arrival. After this period, we will charge the first night as cancellation fees to the card provided as a guarantee.

Except for rates with different restrictions. Please check the conditions of each rate before booking.


GENERAL CONDITIONS

No gatherings or parties of any kind are permitted in the room. The property reserves the right to evict any additional occupants from the room.

This reservation is not transferable.

Tourist tax not included, payable upon arrival: €0.66 per person per night (maximum 7 days, children under 16 exempt).

In the event of a no-show, the credit card provided at the time of booking or as per revised booking conditions based on the offer will be charged for one night's room rate (including any applicable government taxes).

The property reserves the right to expel guests from the property due to their conduct and behaviour or for any other security or medical reasons. This applies in particular, if Guests do not respect the instructions given by the Property's employees, express themselves in a discriminatory manner, harass or endanger other guests.

Guests will not be permitted to compromise the health, safety and security aspects of the Property at any time.

Guests are required to present an original identification document upon arrival at the property.

Special conditions will apply to the respective reservations and, in the event of a conflict, the conditions of such special offers will prevail.

In the event of a conflict in the actual invoice provided to you after receipt of services, the terms of the invoice will prevail.

The Guest must maintain an appropriate level of cleanliness and hygiene. The Guest must at all times respect the safety and hygiene advice provided by the Property and avoid violating them. The Guest will be solely responsible for any violations detected.

All property and valuables at the Property must be properly maintained and must not be damaged or destroyed. The Property reserves the right to impose charges in the future if it is proven beyond a doubt that the Guest has caused damage/destruction to the Property's property (both movable and immovable).

If you have any allergies, sensitivities or intolerances to, but not limited to: a particular fabric, material, cleaning product or food, it is the guest's responsibility to notify the Property management prior to arrival.

Your valuables can be stored in a safe in your room or the property can store your valuables upon request. The establishment reserves the right to charge an additional fee for the storage of these items.

If the items you wish to store are exceptionally valuable, you must notify the property before storing them. The property may refuse to store this type of valuables.

Management and staff strive to provide a safe environment. We do our best to ensure a safe environment and ask our guests to do the same. The property is not responsible for any personal items lost, stolen or misplaced while on the premises due to the acts or omissions of the guests themselves.

Items lost on the premises are recorded and kept in a secure location. Items are then disposed of or donated to charity. The property is not responsible for contacting individuals regarding lost items. Perishable items removed from guest rooms after check-out will only be kept until the close of business for that day.

Claimed items can be collected from the property with valid identification or alternatively the property can arrange for delivery on behalf of the guest at their expense.

The Company reserves the right to change these terms at any time without notice. In the event of any changes, the revised terms and conditions will be posted immediately on this website. Please check the latest information posted here for any changes.

We make every effort to ensure that booking arrangements are satisfactory; however, the Property accepts no liability for any financial or other loss, travel delays, injury, damage, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any event beyond our control. These include, but are not limited to, flight delays or cancellations, civil unrest, vehicle defects, strikes, theft, acts of terrorism, natural disasters, war, fire, flood, acts of God, acts of Government or any other authority, changes in Government regulations, accidents or failure of machinery or equipment, maintenance requirements or industrial action.

Airport transportation is provided as an ancillary service and the Property is not responsible for any incidents that may occur to guests during such transits.
